Common questions
My wall is empty or a metric shows no data
Wall of Truth needs your permission to read Apple Health. Open iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > Wall of Truth and turn on the categories you want to see, then reopen the app. Only days already recorded by your iPhone or Apple Watch can appear on the wall.
My Home Screen widget is not updating
iOS decides when widgets refresh, so a widget can lag behind the app by some minutes. Opening the app forces an update. If the widget still looks stale, remove it and add it again from the widget gallery.
How do I delete my data?
Your health data never leaves your device. Use "Clear All Health Data" in the app settings to erase what the app stores, or delete the app to remove everything. There is no account and no copy on our servers.
How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
Email us with a short description of what happened and what you expected. Steps to reproduce the problem and screenshots make a real difference.
Purchases, refunds and subscriptions
Any App Store purchase is processed by Apple, not by us. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com and manage subscriptions in iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
