Política de Privacitat
Aquest document s’ofereix en anglès per mantenir una única versió oficial.
Overview
Wall of Truth ("the App") is designed to be private by default. The App visualizes health and fitness data that already exists on your device. We do not operate servers that receive, store or process your personal data, and the App does not require an account.
1. Who we are
Wall of Truth ("the App") is an independent iOS application. For any privacy question, contact us at bernatmv@gmail.com.
2. Data the App accesses
With your explicit permission, the App reads health and activity data from Apple Health (HealthKit), such as steps, sleep, calories burned, exercise time, standing time and floors climbed. This data is used solely to display your activity visualizations inside the App.
You can grant or revoke Health access at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health.
3. Data storage
All health data processed by the App is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit your health data to our servers or to any third party, and we do not sell, rent or share it. Data displayed in Home Screen widgets is stored in the App's shared container on your device only.
Deleting the App from your device deletes the data the App has stored.
4. Accounts, analytics and tracking
The App does not require an account and does not include third-party advertising SDKs. We do not use your health data for analytics, advertising or profiling.
Apple may collect standard, aggregated information related to App Store downloads and crashes under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.
5. HealthKit-specific commitments
In accordance with Apple's guidelines, data obtained from HealthKit is never used for advertising or other use-based data mining, and is never sold to advertising platforms, data brokers or information resellers.
6. This website
This marketing website does not set marketing cookies and does not run third-party trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address and requested page) for security and operational purposes.
7. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Your rights
Because your data stays on your device and we do not hold copies of it, requests for access, correction or deletion can be fulfilled directly by you: manage Health permissions in iOS Settings, use the App's "Clear All Health Data" option, or delete the App. If you believe we hold any personal data about you (for example, an email you sent us), you may request access to it or its deletion at bernatmv@gmail.com.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
